If you're having second thoughts about your product, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. To be eligible for a return, product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shoes must be in the box and accompanied by proof of purchase. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm will ship the same business day. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.
