What size should I order?

If the product is available in other colors, they will be listed on the product page. If you don't see the color you're looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
What is your return policy?
If you're having second thoughts about your product, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. To be eligible for a return, product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shoes must be in the box and accompanied by proof of purchase. How do I track my order?
To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an femmefinessyoga.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Order History page. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm will ship the same business day. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers at this time. To see full policy, click here!

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide and free shipping if your order amount is more than $300.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. After placing your order, we will process your order within 24 hours. Except for large-scale promotions (such as Black Friday), due to the surge in order volume during the event, the delivery time will be extended to within 36 hours.
